The Cottage at Bridle Oaks

The Cottage at Bridle Oaks is a small event area on the same property as Bridle Oaks wedding venue/ barn. There is a strict guest count of 40, max.

20 people can fit inside the cottage, and 20 outside on the outdoor patio space. (as seen in these photos) The cost for most events is $575for UP to 6 hours. Those 6 hours INCLUDE your set-up time. If you need additional hours, it is $100 per hour.  There is a $275 non-refundable deposit to hold a date.

The Cottage includes the following:

40 French country cross-back chairs

4 tables (2 farm, 2 round)

a Bluetooth speaker

Market lighting, & chandelier inside

Set up of your chairs and tables.

*clean up is $50 extra, or you can do it by following our list.

one handicap parking spot, one bathroom (ADA accessible)

YES, you can serve alcohol IF you purchase the insurance through E-wed.($120)

YES, you can self-cater or hire caterers.

YES, you can have a grill. (please keep it off of patio though)

YES, you can decorate pretty much how you'd like. (take down what you put up)

NO, you cannot wander around property if there is a wedding in the back.
